What is a PPIN number, and where can I find it?

 PPIN refers to a Property Index Number also known as a Parcel Identification Number (PIN), which is a unique number assigned to a parcel of land for identification and tax purposes. It is used by local tax assessors to track property ownership and taxation.

How often is property data updated?
Annually, 25% of properties are updated, resulting in a comprehensive county-wide reassessment occurring every four years.
